Q: Are you a broker?

A: Great question. Absolutely not! Our company actually goes out and purchases properties in areas we want to remodel, add-on, or build.  We’re not representing the owner as an agent. Once we buy a property, we then remodel it, re-develop it, or turn around and sell it to another investor who will fix it up depending on a number of factors.

Q: Don’t I have to take a significant discount to sell to an investor?

A: This is the most common misunderstanding we face. We can pay up to FULL VALUE for your property in the areas where we specialize in Tulsa. It depends on the individual property and it’s potential. No repairs, no realty costs, no closing costs, close on the date you wish and no repair contingencies!

Q: Do you charge any fees to buy or sell a home?

A: We do not ever charge a fee to buy a home or land!
